Heading back to school with Type 1 Diabetes comes with a long supply list. Elbowbumpkid Inc puts together low blood sugar kits so every T1D student starts the year with the fast-acting sugar and snacks they need to treat a low, wherever the day takes them.
Kits are free for our community thanks to our donors. Register below so we can pack enough for your family, and we will email pickup details the week before.
