Elbowbumpkid Inc ("we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 83-3493204, P.O. Box 603, Higganum, CT 06441. This policy describes what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us (name, email, phone) when you send a message, sign up for the newsletter, request a program kit, or register for an event.
• Family details you choose to share for event sign-ups and programs — for children we ask only for a first name, birth year, diagnosis type and dietary notes, never a full date of birth.
• Payment confirmations from our payment processors (Square / PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To run events (tickets, check-in, waitlists) and deliver programs you request.
• To send the newsletter and event announcements you opted into — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website and events.

Children's privacy

Accounts are for adults (18+). Children are never account holders; they appear only as entries under a parent or guardian account, with the minimum information needed to keep them safe at events.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from email at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@elbowbumpkidinc.org.
